3 Chefs Do Lunch
Another event which is part of the Tastes of the Gold Coast Festival is 3 Chefs Do Lunch. This is the fifth year that the Gold Coast Arts Centre has organised this sold-out event under the watchful eye of the centre's Jason Solman. It is also the fifth year that Smart Business Technologies has sponsored this event and supported our client, the Gold Coast Arts Centre. The chefs included Paul Smart (Room 81,Sofitel Gold Coast), Brian Meade (Gold Coast Arts Centre) and Chris McIntyre (Titanium Bar). Guests were treated to nine delicious courses with matching wine. My favourite was the crocodile! Planning for next years event has already started!
