The Heritage Cairns
Installation of the POS system is complete at the Heritage Cairns.
The Heritage has opened with 3 bars and a bistro. The Heritage owner, Simon Friend-James, said he wanted to create a 'warm and inviting experience' and keep the historic appeal of a site which was once the Central Hotel and more recently Troppos.
"We wanted to bring a venue to Cairns where you can enjoy the food and atmosphere in the day before it comes alive at night,'' Mr Friend-James said.
"It was really important to me to keep the charm of the old place, people need to feel like they have walked into their friends lounge.''
The Hertiage has 6 SmartTills and uses the ALM interface and an extensive member loyalty and promotion system.
Simon and venue manager Ollie Drewitt-Smith previously used BEpoz at the World Bar in Sydney.
