As we provide a state of the art product, we are dedicated to customer support and ensuring that you get the most out of your BEpoz system. Customer support is a major focus of our business. One of the biggest issues we have found with alternative POS systems is prohibitive pricing for ongoing support.

That's why we provide 24/7 support and encourage you to call at any time. There are no upfront fees for our software and no maintenance agreements. There is simply a modest tax deductible software subscription fee that includes the software license, 24/7 support and all upgrades and enhancements. This allows you to access the skills and knowledge of our specialised support staff and also means that you will always have the latest version of the software, including new features, at no additional cost. This allows your point of sale system to evolve with new business, industry, market and technological requirements and advancements.

We show our software rental as a weekly fee, as this highlights the non-contract terms under which we operate. We do not have yearly or even quarterly software/support contracts. You can cancel at anytime. We recognise the need for you to have the most cost effective system available. To reflect this we facilitate you, the end user, to add functionality to the core system. This way, you only pay for core functionality and the features that you deem necessary for your particular situation.

An internet connection or phone line at the very least, allow us to connect to your system for support and training purposes in any location. We provide support to installations throughout Australia from our central office because of this facility. Support calls can be made in business hours by contacting our office number. We also have a dedicated after hours number for emergency support. All of our support personnel have laptops with wireless internet, so they able to provide on-line support via remote access to your system, instantly and at any time.

Please note that we also take on board any suggestions you may have for software development, in order to provide you with features that you deem beneficial.
